Requests from patients concerning information maintained for a healthcare customer should normally be directed to that healthcare provider or organization. We will assist the customer with such requests where required by contract or law.

We apply data-minimization principles and seek to limit access to patient information to personnel and approved service providers who need it for an authorized purpose. We do not use patient or clinical information for unrelated advertising or sell it for monetary consideration.
